"We contacted Lydia's Flowers twice by phone, both times we were ordering floral arrangements for funerals (sob). Both times, Lydia was very gracious, professional and sensitive to our needs. The first order was easy in that the arrangement we wanted was posted on her website and we just ordered from there. The second arrangement was not as easy because we wanted specific colors and specific types of flowers and we needed it to be reasonably priced. She knew exactly what to recommend, described the perfect arrangement after she asked me a few questions, and helped ease my concerns because this was such a sentimental decision. I am very impressed with (a) being able to speak directly with Lydia, (b) her expertise, and (c) the efficiency by which she handled both of my orders. Support our small business owners. I think you will be pleasantly surprised."

"I used Lydia's to send my sister flowers. She works at a hospital and other providers have had trouble delivering to her, but Lydia's was able to deliver perfectly. I ordered online and my sister got the flowers the next day right on time. The bouquet was prettier than it looked online and, usually, I have the opposite experience. The price was on par with other florists I've used in the price, but the flowers and experience were much better!"

"I called Lydia looking for something special for a friend in Piedmont. When I first called and told Lydia what I was looking for, she immediately "got it"! I called Lydia the day of the delivery and told her that my friend would not be home until after 6pm, but Lydia said that was not a problem. The flowers were delivered shortly after 6pm, so the time was perfect! Thanks Lydia!"
